Q. How does it work?
ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance is easier to use than a regular calling card! After a quick and simple registration process, you will be given an access number. Anytime you want to make a call, simply dial the access number from your registered telephone line*, and then dial the number you're calling!There is no longer a need for PIN numbers since we authenticate our members via their registered phone line. Many of our members put their access number into the speed dial program on their phones for quicker dialing.

Q. Do I need to switch from my current telephone service?
No. It doesn't matter who your current local or long-distance provider is, you don't need to do anything but dial the access number provided in order to take advantage of unlimited long distance. ZeroCents is not a replacement for your current phone service.

Q. Sure, but I can only call state-to-state, right?
With ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance, you can call anywhere in the continental United States (48 contiguous states). State-to-State or In-State long distance are included! NEW! Now you may call anywhere in Canada.

Q. Can I only call at certain times?
You can make a call whenever you want!Not just on the weekends or after 9pm...anytime you want!Call early, call late, call anytime!The choice is yours!

Q. Are there any additional fees?
No.There are no registration fees, cancellation fees, per minute charges, per call charges, or any other hidden charges. For one low monthly flat rate, you can call all you want!

Q. What else do I get besides unlimited long distance?
That’s not enough? Ok, we also provide you with a personal account manager that you can access through the web. View all your calls in real-time, check payments, and update your account information. See what numbers you've called, even what number you are calling, or see when you called who ("Mom...look, I did call!"). In addition, you can use your online account manager to set up convenient features, such as Phone-Book^sm! NEW! Now you can make calls from any phone within the United States or Canada using your toll-free access number and your permanent PIN number excluding pay phones.

Q. What is Phone-Book^sm?
It’s just like speed-dial on your phone, except you enter the numbers on the web and push the corresponding speed dial number on your phone!You no longer have to guess what space is available—you can now see it on the screen.It's easy to enter and change, just simply type the numbers and name!Then, when you call the access number, all you have to do is press the speed-dial number that corresponds to who you are calling! That's only two extra digits for unlimited calling!After you become a member, logon to our secure online account manager to use our Phone-Book^sm feature.

Q. Can anyone sign-up?
NEW! Yes, anyone within the contiguous United States (48 states) and Canada. Very soon we will include Alaska and Hawaii. Please note we also have home office and business services available.

Q. How long will it take from the time I sign up to use the service?
You can begin using the service instantly.Immediately after you sign-up, all of your account information will appear on your screen, where you will be encouraged to print it out.Your account information will also be emailed to you.

Q.Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. You can discontinue service anytime by calling our customer service department. Please note flat rate residential and business services are for 30 days. You must cancel by 3 days prior to the anniversary date to prevent reoccurring charges.

Q. Do I get a bill in the mail?
No confusing bills.ZeroCents makes your bill (which is always one low flat rate) available online at anytime.Simply logon to the secure online account manager and view or print your bill at any time.

Q. Does this plan cover international calling also? or Do you have an international plan?
NEW! International calling is not included in the ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance Plan except for Canada. We do offer a separate international calling plan at very attractive prices. Please contact our customer services department.

Q. Do I need a computer or special equipment?
No.You only need a telephone.

Q. Does the person I’m calling have to be a ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance customer?
No. You can call anyone, anywhere in the continental Unites States for one low monthly fee. NEW! Now you can call anywhere in Canada.

Q. Can I make phone calls from any phone?
In the past you could make calls from your registered home phone only. NEW! Now you can not only make phone calls from any phone (with the exception of pay phones) using your permanent PIN number. You may also call back from 13 different European countries to the United States. All ZeroCents customers can make calls from anywhere in the United States and Canada but when they travel to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom can make calls back to the United States and Canada for no additional charge.

* Please note: Caller ID Blocking must be disabled in order to use the ZeroCents Unlimited Long Distance service. with Caller ID Automated Authentication, if you use Caller ID Blocking the system will prompt you to use your PIN number. Blocking can be disabled by contacting your local phone company, or in most regions by dialing *82 before your call.
